Here at MPO Office, we are currently creating a new music video for the upcoming new Alarm release (more info on the new releases soon).

2. The Alarm on the BBC
Now is your chance to catch the magnificent Alarm concert from last November 20th 2008 at The Point in Cardiff.
Due to popular demand, The Alarm concert is being aired once again on Monday 31st Aug - Aug Bank Holiday at 7 pm UK Time - as a part of the Evening Show presented by Alan Thompson.
The video clips will be live as well so anyone can watch the clips at
The concert will be up on the BBC iPlayer of course for a week after the 31st…. So double helpings for those who want it!
3. Welsh rock legends 'The ALARM' and local heroes 'The Automatic' play the Barry Waterfront Tall Ship Festival, Saturday September 5th, 8pm
One of the most popular Welsh rock bands The ALARM fronted by lead singer Mike Peters will headline at the free Live Music Stage at Barry Waterfront on Saturday 5 September. The ALARM will be on stage at 8pm on Saturday.
Joining The ALARM at the Barry Waterfront will be local heroes The Automatic. Originally from Cowbridge, The AUTOMATIC, hit the big time with their huge single “Monster”. The band went on to have further chart success with singles “Raoul” and “Steve McQueen”.
The AUTOMATIC have toured extensively, playing all the major festivals including Glastonbury and the Reading and Leeds Festivals. The AUTOMATIC will be on stage at 6.30pm on Saturday.

6. Mike Peters - Running The Rocky Steps and Philly Rocks
The Love Hope Strength Foundation (LHS), an international foundation that harnesses the power of music to make a difference in global cancer care, is taking its fight against cancer to the streets of Philadelphia in a symbolic walk that retraces the final steps of Rocky Balboa’s famous fist pumping run. Dubbed “Rocky’s Run”, participants will ascend the “Rocky Stairs” at the Philadelphia Museum of Art while being led by LHS Co-Founder and 2-time Leukemia survivor Mike Peters of The Alarm. Prayer flags bearing 5,000+ names of cancer survivors, patients and lost loved ones will be carried along the way. A special acoustic performance by Mike Peters will take place at the top. The prayer flags will be held high for the last time in the United States before they depart to the top of Kilimanjaro in Africa for Kilimanjaro Rocks, the Love Hope Strength Foundation’s latest musical journey to the roof of Africa.
