All three shows will feature songs from Mike Peters' lifetime of songs with two acoustic sets performed each night.
Tickets are for the Canal Room shows are priced $20 each (subject to booking fee) and are on sale now at www.thealarm.com
I ordered my tickets for the Canal Room and The Boulton Center shows. So whoever id going to set up the pre-show meets ups time and location I suggest posting it here.
Just ordered for July 31st show. Receipt indicates an estimated delivery date, but I'm curious if actual tickets will be mailed or if we'll be on a list at the venue. Anyone know?
Cheers, Marc

this will be awsome guys hope you guys put some shots of this on you tube so us welsh and brits can get to see it ! man I'd love to get over there for it! mike deserves his name on the boardwalk if you ask me chris p
It is actually West Broadway...not on Broadway or the Boardwalk....but looks like a nice club.
More Soho area of lower Manhattan. Much more reasonable hotels in that area. Not too far from where the full band played last year as part of Rockin The Colonies. I'm looking very forward to it!

Thanks NYC Alarm Gal! I was wondering what kind of crowd Mike would draw, and whether this was a sit-down, mellow sitdown coffeehouse kind of event....or more like an Alarm show. It definitely looks like an Alarm show with a boisterous crowd. Looking forward to having a pint or 10 at it!

July 31 is my 10th wedding anniversary, and my husband and I are attending the show. As a past gift, he purchased the big ol' Alarm boxed set which included Mike's acoustic version of "Walk Forever By My Side," dedicated to us. What do you think the odds are of having Mike reprise this for us live? Maybe throw us a little "shout out," hesitant as I am to use "shout out" and Mike Peters in the same thought. (He's not Jay-Z, after all!) It is the first time hubby will be seeing him, and I want him to feel the magic like I have in the past!

I caught Los Mondo Bongo in Toronto, two hours north...and catching a solo show or 2 in NYC, 7 hours east. And I'm hoping for a full on Alarm gig. But all are fun.
Though Buffalo, Toronto, and NYC are not far apart, visa issues in our brave new post-9/11 world make it a lot harder to cross what was once a simple border.
