RE: Newcastle Gig

Does anybody know why the Newcastle Gig was cancelled. I had tickets and was gutted when it was called off

There hasn't been an official reason given as such, but two which I have heard are firstly because Mike is off on his Everest trip today and it was decided that the Newcastle gig was too close to the trip for him and would therefore be too much for him, and secondly because Steve Grantley was already committed to play with SLF elsewhere that night.
