If anyone records this, I would love a copy. Unfortunately I will not be around to listen or record it tomorrrow. I have lots to offer for trade including the previous WFMU appearances.

Wow, what an amazing session and interview. Mike sounds so great. 45 r.p.m. The break into "Unbreak the Promise" from "The Rock n' Roll" was just beautiful. And an impromptu All the Young Dudes.... just absolutely brilliant. I Never Left I Only Went Away. This is the Way We Are. So poignant.... The Stand Also in the acoustic set was:
Without A Fight Where Were You Hiding It's alright, It's ok Cease & Desist
The archived re-play should be up tonight or tomorrow and remain on the FMU archives.

I found out I have RealPlayer on the laptop at work. The show sounded great. I stayed way late just to listen to most of it. Still have to check out the last half-hour or so, but I thought Mike sounded fantastic. By the way, I pitched a story idea to the editors of my paper's entertainment section today. I figured a feature story on The Alarm when the album is released next month would be appropriate. I would have liked to do something more closely connected with the Joey Ramone Birthday Bash, but I was told that the section for this weekend has been done for more than a week.
