Newbie: Bought A Bolo Tie

Torchwood is a very compelling show. I'm a big fan of Sci-fi and think this is one of GBs best offerings. Season 1 is complete in the UK? Then we're just picking up on it here. No spoilers now!!! *LOL* Cheers Kat *Michelle in Memphis* (from boston via Alabama that is)

Newbie: Talked To Mike After A Show

Torchwood is one of the best things on TV in ages. One of the advantages of working in Cardiff is a) spotting all the locations in Torchwood (and Dr Who) and b) coming across the filming now and again. They started filming series 2 in late spring. It may well all be in the can by now. For series one, they spent a day filming in my office local. It featured for all of a minute on the scene in episode one when Gwen went to break up a pub brawl. And I know where John Barrowman lives....

Here in the US we've just viewed Season 1, Episode 4, "Small World". It was a fantastic episode, especially what happens to Jasmine "The Chosen One". Very unexpected!! I'm envious you stumble on filming now and then Cymraes! That has to be a highlight in your day. I would be excited to know where John Barrowman lives too. Very disappointed to discover he was a new entry at number 17 on the "Pink" List however. All the very good looking ones.... This weekend "Citycide" is airing for the first time. I'm DVD recording all the episodes. I've heard they'll be on sale in January, but I can't wait that long! Great stuff! Michelle G.
