I took my daughter to the Saturday night show in Caernarfon last year - she's just turned 10 last month - and she was fine.
Galeri Caernarfon don't have an age-restriction, as such, but they did warn me that the gig was unseated...

Yes started training. Also got some new walking shoes and doing the most important thing, breaking them in. No blisters yet
