Having just read the latest news in the papers and yet more woe for Mr Brown, caused by the somewhat spiteful remarks made by Cherie Blair in her autobiography, coupled with the constant bickering from the Labour backbenches - led by a certain Charles Clarke, I am left wandering if the next Labour Party Political Broadcast might use The Alarm track from the INThePoppyfields bond - With friends like you who needs enemies.
By the way, I am not a Labour voter myself, I believe in Independence and this government both North and South of the border are doing their damnedest to hand it to us on a plate!

He doesn't seem nearly as impressive as we were led to believe does he, without the consummate politician to take the heat off him.
Looking like a classic case of one team losing it rather than the other winning it. I wonder if it's Brown who has stifled any possibility of succession. I'm sure Blair used to encourage younger members like Milliband, whereas now there seems to be a shortage of "contenders". On that cue for another song I'll leave it be!
