I only went to Sheffield so can only vote for that - although Manchester does look good from the clips I've seen and apparently Edinburgh rocked everyone's socks off too.

I think I'll give Edinburgh my vote, for 2 main reasons: 1. the gig just happened so it's still fresh in my mind (although the Glasgow and Manchester gigs were also both ace); 2. it's my hometown and it makes a nice change not having to travel when the best band around are in town!

Oh, I forgot about the wickerman festival too, that was a great wee show (albeit truncated- they never played it's alright/ok and raindown), shame it took me hours to find my car afterwards (I couldn't find it in the dark, well, it was daylight when I parked it you know! )

Has to be Manchester for me! Home town, old favourites the Salford Jets as suppport, storming gig and Mike's wonderful announcement! Can't get better than that!

Chepstow was something special but since I only went to that and to Cardiff in February, I don't think I can really vote on which of the whole series was the best.

I went to Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham and Manchester stood out a mile for me. I enjoy every gig but once in a while you get one that gets talked about years later and I think this was it.

So did I!!!
Was impressed with the crowd at Birmingham, not having seen them play there before. Manchester was special. Enjoyed Liverpool too, but seemed a bit more relaxed, apart from a voice demanding Zero!! Not me chief.
